Dr. Luis Rafael Moscote-Salazar earned his MD in Universidad Libre de Barranquilla, Colombia and a degree in neurosurgery from Universidad de Cartagena at Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Dr. Zeinab Kasemy is Lecturer of public health and Community Medicine. She completed Master degree in Public Health and Community Medicine " Epidemiology of Neonatal Hypothyroidism in Menoufia Governorate" in 2009and MD degree in Public Health and Community Medicine " Epidemiology of Chronic Kidney disease in an Egyptian village" in 2013.

In my master thesis, I worked on children through studying of congenital hypothyroidism by conducting a case-control study. But in the PHD I worked on chronic kidney disease by conducting a cohort study. I learnt how to be in direct contact with general population and addressing their needs. As one of the main interests of public health is research, I am so interested in conducting research in every field I can get access to e.g. children, workers in factories, nurses adult people, etc.. Now I am working on the health status of taxi drivers through a project funded from IOWA University. Also there's another project, I applied into and I hope to be accepted as it will be a great research addressing huge number of people.
